Decisions to cancel the transportation is usually made by 6:00AM the latest. As soon as the decision it taken, it is communicated on the Sir Wilfrid Scholl Board website, the SWLSB Facebook page, email, SMS, administration office phone message and through the media. (SEE links below)

Communication when transportation is cancelled or classes are suspended
Once the decision is made to cancel transportation or to suspend classes we immediately:
- Post the list of schools/centres affected on the SWLSB website’s homepage in the banner.
- Post the information on the SWLSB Facebook page
- List the names of schools affected for the day on the administrative centre line (450-621-5600 or 1 866 621-5600)
- Inform radio and television networks
- Send email and SMS to parents, guardians and employees via COMMUNICATE
